How it WOrks
STEP 1
Sign up for a plan that’s right for you!
We offer monthly plans (best value) and pay-as-you-go options for laundry. We also offer Dry Cleaning (per-item charge) for those extra special garments!
STEP 2
Give us your laundry or dry-cleaning bag!
There are two ways to use Soapy Joe’s depending on where you live. Option A is best if you live in any dorm or near University Village. Off-campus residents should use Option B!
A) Find your nearest pickup/delivery zone! Locations include EVK/New North, University Village, and Parkside IRC (click our Schedule tab at the top). Look for the big white Soapy Joe’s van - can’t miss it!
B) If you live anywhere off-campus, we offer FREE direct pickups M-W 6-9pm and free deliveries M-Th 6-9pm. When you want a pickup, submit the Pickup Request Form (see above tab) by 4pm on the day-of. Specific timing requests can be made on the form. Our driver will be in touch during scheduled hours to coordinate!
STEP 3
Get your laundry back 24 hours later!
Your laundry will be cleaned, folded, and ready for pickup the next day. Same time & place for the pickup zones. Off-campus customers can expect a call from our driver to coordinate delivery. Dry-Cleaning takes an extra couple days.

If you live in a dorm, near University Village, or Gateway, we recommend utilizing our pickup zones!
Our big white Soapy Joe’s van (can’t miss it!) parks at the following times/locations. All you need to do is sign up for a plan and bring your laundry to our van. We will provide a personalized laundry bag. Your laundry will be ready 24 hours later…same time & place!
1) New North / EVK | Sunday-Thursday | 6:30PM-7:30 PM
Outside EVK / New Residential in the loading zone. This is also the most convenient pickup zone for Pardee Tower, Marks Hall, Marks Tower, Trojan Hall, & Birnkrant.
2) Gateway | Sunday – Thursday | 7:45 PM – 8:15 PM
On 32nd Street Outside CVS
3) University Village | Sunday – Thursday | 8:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Outside McCarthy Honors on McClintock. This is also convenient for Cardinal Gardens - right across the street!

If you don’t live near a pickup zone, don’t worry! We offer personal pickups and deliveries anywhere off-campus in the USC area.
After you sign up for a plan…fill out our pickup request on the day-of by 5 PM when you want your laundry. Any requests made after 5 will need to be re-submitted for the following day. We offer personal pickups M-W 6-9pm, and deliveries M-Th 6-9pm. Your driver will be in touch with you that evening to coordinate a meetup time!

Prefer a more flexible option? Our Pay-as-You-Go plan is perfect for you! Simply sign up online under the “plans” tab and you will be charged 2.29$ per lb only when you do laundry. It's hassle-free and gives you the freedom to do laundry on your own terms.
