What kind of payment does Soapy Joe's accept?
Soapy Joe's currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is automatically charged to your card each time you submit your garments to Soapy Joe's.

What if I have special laundry needs?
Communication is the glue of every relationship. Soapy Joe's is a professional dry cleaning and laundry service and is aware that our customers may have special needs and requests. Unscented detergent, starch preferences, alterations, delicates, etc are just some of the request that you can submit to Soapy Joe’s. We are also happy to wash your clothes with any detergent you would like to provide us with. Just make sure you submit an inventory sheet or a regular size piece of paper explaining your special requests.

What if I have delicates that require special attention?
For those customers who are washing delicates, we will make sure their laundry receives appropriate attention. Delicates should be placed in a plastic bag inside your laundry bag with an inventory sheet explaining that they are delicates. If you have any other special requests please place them on the inventory sheet .

Do I have to separate my lights and darks before pickup?
No way! You have enough to worry about. Lights, darks, whites ... Leave the sorting to us. All you need to do is throw your all you laundry in a bag and we will pick it up for you and take care of the rest.

How does the billing work?
Your credit card will only be charged for the services that you use. Using Soapy Joe's Dry Cleaning & Laundry Service is, in most cases, less expensive than your neighborhood retail cleaners. We achieve this by having centralized operating plants, no retail storefront overhead, and streamlined operation systems. This allows us to provide our customers the quality of service they demand at a price that is less than traditional retail cleaners.

Can I call Customer Care to register for services?
If you don't feel comfortable leaving your registration information in the bag you can call Soapy Joe's Customer Care and one of our representatives will be happy to register you to begin service right away. We will also answer any questions you may have about our service and how to use our web site.

This information is used by our staff for contacting and identifying customers and their needs. Unsolicited, "spam" mail is not sent to Soapy Joe's Customers.
